Preview
Public prewiew will be held on Sunday, May 4th from 8am to 10:45am. There will also be a preview open to the public on Saturday, April 26th from 1pm to 5pm to be held in conjunction the with New England NAWCC Regional convention. There will be additional preview time by appointment between April 28th and May 3rd from 9am to 5pm.
Shipping
The first 400 lots be sold in a Discovery Sale format. For this format you or a representative must be on site to bid and must take the items with you. However, we do understand that in some circumstances this may not be feasible. You may have a representative on-site bid for you and subsequently have one of our recommended shipper's collect your winning items and have them shipped to you.
Parking
We have made arrangements with a neighboring business to help accomodate parking needs. Parking will be in the parking lot of the garage across the street from our location. We will have a parking attendant there to assist you on Saturday and as needed on Sunday. Limited accessible parking is available on the Schmitt Horan & Co. property.
Food
Complimenary coffee, tea and water and lunch will be available during the day.
