DESCRIPTION:
Chelsea Clock Co., Boston, Mass., "Tambour No. 3", 8 day, time and strike, spring driven lever brass movement case tambour mantel clock made for Tiffany & Co., New York, serial #179721.
CONDITION:
The heavy copper bronze cast case has some spotted wear on the feet and base and some small wear spots on the rest of the case. Original silvered dial has some surface scratches, general tarnish, some wear to the painted numbers. Original hands. Some has added a wooden block to support the gong. Movement is ticking and striking.
