DESCRIPTION:
Chelsea Clock Co., Boston, Mass., 7" "Mahogany and Metal" marine shelf clock with a brass 8 day, time and ship's bell strike, spring-driven balance wheel movement in a heavy, highly polished brass case with a 6 inch silvered dial with Arabic numerals and a movement serial number of 24128 on the movement and mounted on a solid mahogany base.
CONDITION:
The brass case is in excellent condition with a soft patina finish. The mahogany base is in very good condition with several small scratches. The signed silver dial is in good condition with some wear and small scratches. The hands appear to be original. This is a very early (1907) version of this model. The clock is not currently ticking.
