DESCRIPTION:
Welch, Spring & Co., Forestville, Conn., "Round Head Regulator No. 4" wall clock with a spring driven 8 day time and strike brass movement and B. B. Lewis patented perpetual calendar mechanism in a rosewood veneered case.
CONDITION:
The case is in excellent condition with an original finish. The original painted time dial appears to have had the lettering and numerals strengthened. The calendar dial is in excellent condition. The hands are all original. The interior case label is in good condition with some minor loss. The calendar door glass is original. The upper door glass may be replaced. The movement is signed.
