Ansonia Clock Co., New York, "Regulator No. 18", hanging jeweler's wall regulator in an oak case with fancy arcade top, roman numeral white enamel dial with moon hands and sweep seconds, 8 day, time only Swiss movement with pinwheel escapement driven by a single brass weight and regulated by a gridiron lyre pendulum
CONDITION:
case retains an old finish, several age splits in door around dial, replaced upper finial, split in scrolled support of crest that needs repair, some moldings slightly loose; dial good with no hairlines; period weight is a replacement
