Thomas Weaver, Center County, Penn., 8 day, time and strike weight driven brass movement Pennsylvania triple decker shelf clock
CONDITION:
Refinished mahogany and mahogany veneered case in nice condition has couple veneer repairs on the base. Replaced dial and both tablets. Original hands. The top weight guides have been restored. An extra tablet that is not original is included. This clock can be found pictured in "Pennsylvania Shelf and Bracket Clocks 1750-1850 by Edward LaFond, Jr., and J. Carter Harris", page 91.
