DESCRIPTION: Clocks- 2 (Two): (1) Seth Thomas Clock Co., Thomaston, Conn., "Parlor Calendar No. 3", 8 day, time and strike, spring driven brass movement double dial calendar shelf clock, c1910 (2) Atkins Clock Co., Bristol, Conn., 30 day, spring driven brass fusee double wind movement gallery timepiece, c1860
CONDITION: (1) Rosewood veneered case in an old finish has loss and repairs to the two door bezels, the base and the top. Both dials have been repainted. Replaced calendar hand. Clean label inside. (2) Rosewood veneered case in an old finish has some minor damage at the bottom segment and wear to the gilding on the moldings. Original dial plate repainted with arabic numerals which is incorrect as these always had roman numerals. Original hands. Parts of the Geneva stop are missing. Clean label inside.
