DESCRIPTION:
Seth Thomas Clock Co., Thomaston, Conn., "Garfield" shelf clock with a weight driven 8 day time and strike movement with cathedral gong in an ash case.
CONDITION:
The case is in very good condition with original finish. Several of the molding pieces on the case top are loose and one is missing. The left front foot is missing a side piece (not visible) The original painted dial is in very good condition with two very minor areas of paint loss. The hands are original. The movement is signed. The nickel plated pendulum bob is nicely damaskeened. The door glass is original.
