DESCRIPTION:
Ithaca Calendar Clock Co., Ithaca, NY, "No. 4 Hanging Office" wall clock with a spring driven 30 day timepiece movement (E.N. Welch) with a H. B. Horton patented perpetual calendar mechanism in a walnut case.
CONDITION:
The case is in good condition, with original finish, but has a separation joint at the top of the case. Most segments of the time and calendar wooden bezels have been nailed down to restrict the separation. The time and calendar paper dials are original, with some aging and discoloration. The time hands have age and may be original. The calendar hand appears replaced. The movement is signed. The door glasses are original. The calendar drum papers are original and darkened with age.
