CONDITION:
base with cracked veneer, brass surfaces scrubbed aggressively, dial signature absent except for "à Paris", enamel dial with repairs, steel spring suspension likely a conversion from a knife-edge, maker stamps inside of bell, bell with soldered crack on the underside
