DESCRIPTION:
Riley Whiting, Winchester, Conn., 30 hour, time and strike weight wood movement carved carved half column & splat shelf clock.
CONDITION:
Mahogany and mahogany veneered case in old finish is in nice condition. Original pineapple finials. Period painted dial is the type used in this clock, but is not original has it has plugged winding holes. Period hands. Tablet is a type sometimes found on Whiting clocks, but this example looks to be a later copy. Movement was made by Whiting. Clean label inside.
