DESCRIPTION: Seth Thomas Clock Co., Thomaston, Conn., "Regulator No. 18" wall clock with weight driven, 8 day timepiece movement and maintaining power in a walnut case with 8 inch nickel damascened pendulum bob.
CONDITION: The case is in good condition with an older finish. There are some areas of veneer loss on the wooden bezel. The original painted dial is in excellent condition with very minor loss at the center post and mounting holes. The hands are all original. The door glass is original. The dial glass may be later. The metal dial bezel is nicely nickel plated as it the weight pulley and the weight. The pendulum bob is beautifully damaskeened. The case back shows a factory date of May, 1889.
