DESCRIPTION: Colonial Clock Company, Zeeland, Mich., chiming hall clock, 8 day, time and strike with Westminster chime playing on tubes, weight driven brass Herschede movement in a walnut case with brass dial, silvered chapter ring with applied brass numerals, and black steel hands
CONDITION: the case is in good shape. There is a section of veneer missing from the very top of the hood, which is difficult to see when the clock is set up. The two small glasses on either side of the hood are absent. The dark finish has worn off from some of the corners and edges. The brass clad pendulum bob and weights have tarnished. The dial is in good condition with just a bit of oxidation. Original steel hands and beveled door glass. The dowels holding the crest will need to be replaced.
