DESCRIPTION:
Chelsea Clock Co., Boston, Mass., ship's clock with 6 inch silvered dial, 8 day, time and ship's strike, spring driven jeweled balance wheel movement in a brass case with screw on bezel.
CONDITION:
Brass case has a nice old patina with some spotting on the top. The rear flange has been bend up in one location, but it's not very noticeable. Glass retaining ring is absent. The clock comes mounted to a wood backboard. The signed movement is serial number 131424.
