P. H. & S. (Philipp Hass & Soehne), Germany, mantel clock with music box and automated scene of creatures playing instruments in a walnut case, roman numeral white enamel dial, serpentine hands, 30 hour, time only, spring driven brass movement
CONDITION:
walnut case with applied cast ornaments in very good condition in an old finish, cardboard automaton figures under glass are in very nice condtion for their age, original enameled dial is fine, original hands, the timepiece movement is independent of the automaton feature, a lever on the side of the case is used to activate the motion feature and small music box
