(Keystone), Waltham, Mass., an early 20th century gold series 14 pocket watch with original box and license, 10 size, 21 jewel, stem wind and set, adjusted to 5 positions, temperature and isochronism, damascened nickel plate movement with lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance with gold screws, and ruby banking pins in a 14 karat, white gold, hinged back and bezel open face case with maker's details engraved on gold cuvette, arabic numeral single sunk brushed silver dial with plum colored steel whip and spade hands, serial #2999, 57.8g TW, with original silk and velvet lined black lacquer box and license.
CONDITION:
CASE: Very fine scratches on outer surface of case; Very fine scratches on cuvette; Precious metal content marked. DIAL: A few very fine scratches and pin pricks; Specks of dirt. HANDS: Very good. MOVEMENT PLATES: Very fine scratches on plate; Very dirty. MOVEMENT FUNCTION: Running order (winds, sets and ticks). Box with dings, minor scratches and tape residue; Minor dirt on cover lining otherwise very good.
