"Prince of Wales" pocket watch, 16 size, 21 jewels, stem wind and set, adjusted, damascened nickel plate movement with lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance, and whiplash micrometric regulator in a 14 karat, yellow gold, hinged back and bezel, plain polished open face case, arabic numeral, single sunk O'Hara style multicolor enamel dial with gilt Louis XIV style hands, serial #663042, 93.1g TW
CONDITION: CASE: A few dents, band; Fine scratches on outer surface of case; Rear cover lacking lip; Hinge pins replaced, lacking plugs; Very fine scratches on cuvette; Bow with wear at joint; Crown replaced. DIAL: A few faint hairlines. HANDS: Minor bends, minute. MOVEMENT PLATES: Fine scratches on plate; Ratchet wheel with fine scratches; Crown wheel with broken tooth; Winding wheels with oxide; Regulator assembly with oxide. MOVEMENT FUNCTION: Running order (winds, sets and ticks).
